EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 001 EXTENDING THE ALERT LEVEL II STATUS IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO UNTIL 15 JANUARY 2022

It further amended Executive Order No. 646 on the regulation on inbound travel wherein returning residents and non-residents (including those fully vaccinated) SHALL BE REQUIRED NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST RESULT within 72 hours from travel to the province.

The negative RT-PCR result for those fully vaccinated shall be effective on 10 January 2022.

APORs traveling from outside Region VI SHALL LIKEWISE BE REQUIRED NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST RESULT 72 hours from travel, subject to the approval of the IATF.

Furthermore, Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. increased the flights for Cebu City to Iloilo and vice versa to nine (9) flights per week for all airlines operating in the Province.

Eating and drinking (except water) of beverages (soft drinks, juice, coffee, and such other meal or snack accompaniment beverages) shall NOT BE ALLOWED during the flight.

Commercial airlines are likewise enjoined to DISCOURAGE passengers from unnecessary verbal communication while they are on board.
