Subject: NARRATIVE HISTORICAL BACKGROUND AND PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

CAPIÑAHAN the place of Piñapple. The place was called so because of the abundance of piñapple in the place even before World War II. During the crisis time when food where search, people in this place turn to piñapple as source of food besides they use the leaves is weaving fine clothes made of piña.
It is located northwest of Poblacion about 1.0 km. It is bounded in the east by brgy Tugas, North also Tugas then in the West brgy Imbaulan and South Poblacion, It can be reached by transportation passing the brgy roads. Abuac River traverse the community which also serve as irrigation water of the nearby rice field.

In the northwest is Sitio Balogo where mount Balogo is located. It is the source of fuel wood and wildlife. A brgy hall located in the center of brgy and the MPP is nearing completion. The topography is more of a hilly than lowland where crop and fruit trees are abundant in the area.
