Subject: NARRATIVE HISTORICAL BACKGROUND AND PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

SINCUA derived her name from a family name of an early settlers of the place. Hilly terrain dominates the topography where kaingires and upland farmers use to cut the trees and turned the one forested place to that in agriculture land devoid of forest trees. The rich resources of the place include its wide idle land and minerals which includes copper and gold that can be found in the area.
The community can be reach via the brgy roads from Agpipili on its south and Almeñana on its East. One can hardly identify the central place of the Barangay for houses are scattered far apart and mostly of the houses of the farmers can be found her his farm. The Barangay has three sitios distantly located from each other. They have the Sincua Proper, Podoon and Salay. A brgy hall was constructed out National Aid and located in one sitio accessible by Brgy Road.
Geographical location and boundaries are as follows: East is the Municipality of Sara, North Brgy Pacua, East Brgy Agpipili and South Brgy Almeñana and Pontoc. At present an industrial Tree Farm was leased to certain Elmo Nobleza with an area of 488 covering most the Brgy of Sincua. A pasture of a prominent person are also in these Brgy Sincua is striving much to provide sustenance and services to its people.
