The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lemery is composed of 12 municipal offices/ departments headed by the Municipal Mayor. These are the following:

- Office of the Vice Mayor
- Office of the Sangguniang Bayan
- Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan
- Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator
- Office of the Municipal Budget Officer
- Office of the Municipal Accountant
- Office of the Municipal Treasurer
- Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar
- Office of the Municipal Engineer
- Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer
- Office of the Municipal Assessor
- Office of the Municipal Health Officer
- Office of the Municipal Agriculturist
Other offices/NGAs supported by the LGU are the following:
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) with special projects like 4 P’s and Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP).
- Commission on Election (COMELEC).
- Department of Education through the Special Education Fund (SEF) both secondary and elementary schools including Alternative Learning System.

- Lemery Water District (LWD)
